Today October 20, 2024 i decided to move my saving from Tonik digital bank to Maya digital bank because of two major reasons
1. The cellphone that i used now for digital banking is not installing Tonik app
2. The interest in Tonik time deposit is 4.5% per 6 months while Maya offers 5.5% per 6 months
3. I know used more Maya because of the freebies and saving interest as much as 6% for average spender or 12% for 50K monthly spending.
SO how to transfer your tonik fund to maya? Here the steps
1. Go to the Tonik App and login.
2. Make sure that you have the balance in your Tonik (1%) and not on the saving mode.
3. Click on Send – To Another Bank from your app
4. Choose Instapay (NOT PESONET) because it list the Maya Digital Bank Philippines and it is FREE
5. Enter the amount and choose the purpose then click NEXT button
4. Select Paymaya Philippines, Inc and enter the Maya wallet mobile number. The number could be no more zero like 956 876 xxxx
5. A new window will open giving the summary of your entries for your to review.
6. Save this process in your Tonik app to avoid TOP on next transfer.
7. Tonik will send confirmation TOP. Enter TOP for the first time and it is a go.
8. You got your money on Maya in less than 5 seconds
9. The save process will go below the transfer as your favorite.
10. Use the save process and you will not have any hassle for the next transfer

If you plan to tranfer your money from Tonik to Gcash. You can use the same process except to choose the Gcash list instead of Maya.
