Yesterday, we visited a Piso print company in Cebu to print an ebook containing guidelines to become US citizen. No its not for me but for my mother in law who is to return to United States to be able to get green card.
After printing, the technician of PISO print service return the CDR-King USB to me. Since its already night, i was able to check the USB by next morning. To my surprise, anti virus popup on the Samsung LCD monitor with virus from newly inserted USB.
I used 2 anti virus in my PC one is avast and the other one is Avira. to my surprise the avira pop up twice telling me that 2 viruses are trying to access my PC and recommends to clean or remove the viruses. You can see that the virus is saved in the recycler folder. Since i also have avast anti virus, i wonder why the system did not block it. Worst i forced to scan the folder and it did not find the virus while the AVIRA keeps on poping up on my monitor requesting an action again this viruses.
Now i transferred to another PC with AVG scanner installed using the same USB. It did pop up with AVG reminding mo about the viruses. Well since this is personal test, i recommend that those computer in the school should have at least 2 anti virus. One is AVIRA and the other one is AVG free anti virus. For sure do not use AVAST
