Step 3: Our Sourcing Stage
Our Sourcing Team will immediately get to work on providing you the best candidates for your professional virtual assistant project. Once the sourcing team is satisfied with the choices, they will proceed to the next part of the process.
Step 4: Our Interviews and Tests
This is the part of the process where candidates will be interviewed through the phone or face-to-face (when possible). Candidates will undergo a background check, online testing, and our final internal selection process.
