We take the design and development of your business website very seriously. Do you?
- In cases where the client is responsible for providing their logo, content, photographs, and other required web design materials it is expected that the client provides these materials on or before the delivery date included in the timeline provided by CebuImage Web Design. Failure to provide these materials by the required date will often result in significant delays of a website project.If a client is late in submitting their logo, content, photographs and other required web design materials, CebuImage Web Design reserves the right to extend the project schedule and launch date of a clients website to accommodate the development schedule of CebuImage Web Design. If the client does not agree with the revised project schedule and launch date CebuImage Web Design reserves the right to cancel the project and invoice the client for the complete cost of the project.
- It is expected that a client is fully engaged with their web design project from start to finish. In order to complete a web design project on time, a client must be completely engaged with their project. Not responding to email messages for several days or not providing information when requested will delay the launch of a website.
- If a client is not fully engaged with their web design project, Cebu Web Design reserves the right to extend the project schedule and launch date of a clients website to accommodate the development schedule of Cebu Web Design. If the client does not agree with the revised project schedule and launch date Cebu Web Design reserves the right to cancel the project and invoice the client for work completed to date.
- It is expected that a client will act in a professional manner at all times during a project. If a client is being rude or offensive, Cebu Web Design reserves the right to terminate the project and invoice the client for work completed to date.4. It is expected that a client provides a single point of contact for the duration of a web design project and that the person remains the single point of contact for the duration of the project.
In order to complete a website on time, it is important that a single point of contact be established by the client and that this person remains the same throughout the duration of the project. Changing the single point of contact at any point in the project can significantly impact the development schedule and overall design of a website i.e. project becomes delayed, new single point of contact isn’t a good fit for working with Cebu Web Design, etc.
If a new single point of contact is changed during the design of a clients website, Cebu Web Design reserves the right to extend the project schedule and launch date of a clients website to accommodate the development schedule of Cebu Web Design. If the client does not agree with the revised project schedule and launch date Cebu Web Design reserves the right to cancel the project and invoice the client for work completed to date. If the new single point of contact is not a good fit for Cebu Web Design, they reserve the right to cancel the project and invoice the client for work completed to date.
