I visited some of the food cart stores in Cebu especially in the Cebu City, Toledo City, Talisay City and nearby town. I am truly surprised how expensive it is to be a food cart businessmen.

We are paying a monthly of 36,000 not including the electricity and water bill. Wow that was the same price when I ask a 7/11 size store somewhere in Tungkop in Minglanilla. She said it is a huge space perfect for bank, mercury drug and 7-11 convenient store and the monthly is 35k for half or 65k for whole space.  If you are looking for business or commercial space in Tungkop near caltex station then this is for you.

I also visited Gaisano tabunok to get the idea of the kioks and food space on the ground floor near the grocery. The staff honestly said, they are paying 28,000 and they are more than 3 years already. Another sales staff with a favorite food produce replied. We are paying 30k monthly and there are some additional fee on top of that. So if you are interested to know the food cart space in Gaisano tabunok you now have idea with the monthly fee.

Years ago, a thread in istorya.net about food cart business in was hitting good visitors. A guy who introduces himself as a car businessman and public servant in their municipality is selling his food cart business or space in Gaisano Tabunok. The cost is 290k that includes all the business equipment and permit.

I went to princewarehouse to inquire about available food cart space anywhere in their stores and they recommend the 2nd floor of the grocery. So i ask how much it is and she said 7,000 monthly. It was a good opportunity compared to other mall and groceries but the floor or food court is still in the planning stage.

A week ago i am in Gaisano Toledo and having a lunch with family. I noticed a good line of food cart tenant so i ask one on the value of the food cart space in Gaisano Toledo City. The space according to him is 22K monthly. It is interesting to see the people or visitors and it was encouraging.
