Ladis Lepalam is an 18 years old kid playing in La Salle Greenhills. The same school where Kobe Paras learn to dunk.
As of 2019, he is becoming 18 years old so the age qualify him for Gilas under 19

In the latest video during PSSBC tournament for high school, Ladis has shown the following improvement
- Speed: he has the speed equal to Kai Sotto. He can not chase down shots.
- Block: He is now a shot blocker. His timing improves and capable produce 2 shot block a game.
- Perimeter shooting: He made 2 successful elbow jumper
- Protecting the center: He now learned how to back out properly making himself available for rebound.
- Jump Hook: In this video, he made a good hook shot
- Dribbling: This is the most important for the big guy and he made 2 or 3 dribbles to the basket but resulted to turn over at the end. I can see the skills are there but the lack of instruction on what to do wisely was not there. If this guy joins the University of Visayas or University of Cebu for training, he could get the Fajardo skills. I find De La Salle Greenhills too slow. I find Ateneo is better in developing skills.
I find this kid has the talent to create big name in PBA and GILAS if he only got the right trainer that will develop his skills.
