Rhenz stands only 6’2” but his elevation and energy is so high that he can challenge Kobe Paras in slum dunk competition. In the first round of UAAP season 82, Rhenz display scoring capability both on 3s, mid range shots and transition play. He also displays amazing defensive play even chase down block against Paras.
Even he gained the respect of the UAAP coaches who provided special instruction defense against him, Rhenz continues to provide consistent scoring against top UAAP schools like Ateneo, UP, DLSU and NU.
Right now, we can see that no one can stop Rhenz from scoring in this UAAP league. This status makes him qualify for GILAS prospect in 2023. He could replace Richi’s spot since Richi is not playing and contributing properly to his team compared to the time he plays in DLSU.
