3 years ago when i join the smartbro wireless connection i am in the impression of that will provide good service. Imagine the SmartBro promise to get up to 2Mbps or 2000kbps. In the beginning i am getting 0.80+ Mbps and that is good for almost 1 year. When my neighbor started to use smartbro in our location as they are disappointed with Globe internet connection the speed of my internet became to go slow.
Now i could not get the desired .70+mbps instead the fastest speed now is .40mbps which just 25% of the promise contract with SmartBro. Unfortunately, PLDT do not have DSL in our barangay while Globe still not improving their connection so we do not have choice but to pay for whole 1,200 monthly service for 25% service given by the Smart Communications. This is clearly an example of Business Robbers because you pay something you did not get. For the whole year of 2013 this is my experience with SmartBro. I have
been complaining and the answer i get is the same. The internet connection that i pay CAN get up to 2Mbps yet its performance is only less than 25% of what they can give.
The photo below is the speed left by the technician contractor of the SmartBro. They said they contract is only internet connection. For the speed it is not they problem anymore and i just call the smartbro na lang daw.
So if you are planning to sign up a contract with Smart Bro better look for another service, it do not offer any hope as i pay they for the whole year of 2013 with craft service.
