Summary:
– Homeowners have elected officers and SEC-registered Condo Corporation (same as Homeowners Association)
– DECA installed their own condo corporation, composed of DECA-affiliated people, and they wont recognize our condo corp and officers
– DECA-controlled condo corp is (illegally) collecting condo dues from homeowners
– DECA-owned condo corp instated BP Waterworks (DECA-owned water company) as our water provider. Homeowners question their legal authority to do so.
– Legit Homeowner officers filed a case in court
– Pending court decision

In the meantime, DECA is harassing the officers like Rowena by filing libel cases.
Also, DECA started collecting condo dues thru water bill, to scare homeowners into thinking they can cut water supply in case of unpaid dues (which is not the case.. They cant legally do that)
Today marks the 8th day of inconvenience (not including the number of years being financially affected) due to the Libel case that was filed against me. I’ve been struggling since 2016 but I have faced it all alone without any support from our group. I was able to find ways to fend for myself even if the reason of my miserable life is this fight for our cause. I may not be on the verge of giving up yet but I cannot stop the anxiety attacks and depression. I have done my part 24/7 being the frontliner since my appointment as the secretary.
You may continue paying your condo dues but you didn’t know the struggle we officers have encountered to protect our common interests. With all this battle I am the most affected one. It’s just sad that with all the dedication I poured out and time/effort/money I’ve invested only a number cared and few helped out. I’ve lost my job, company-traumatized because of our court cases. I cannot be employed anymore because of this. I cannot go back to my apartment or to my condo unit because a warrant of arrest have been released. I’ve been very vocal about this situation I’m in a long time ago.
This is an expected situation yet what I am not expecting is being left alone??? I was there since 2015 whether or not others will recognize my efforts and the initiatives I and Edward started with Fidel. I may be one of the youngest in the group but with my experience, I was able to level myself and is capable enough to pursue this fight. Now my resources have been drained, almost doing the same to my energy, it’s really sad how doing the right thing affected me this much??? Some would say I’d give up, make compromise??? But that’s not me.
My principle is intact so as my wits and sanity. You may see me as an ordinary person, judge my outward appearance but I did so many things that you yourselves aren’t capable of doing. I am writing this now though I cannot put all the details because of the moles here (yes tell your boss I am ranting!!!) but I want all of you to know what I am going through right now because I’ve been protecting our rights. The warrant could have been issued last August 2018 but the detractors thought that the harassment and the case filed against me will intimidate me and finally force me to withdraw from the intra-corporate case then beg them for a compromise agreement??? Hell no! (Yes you moles please tell again your boss I am not giving up this fight because I have all the evidence so wait because I’ll get back to you in full force!)
I’ve been bullied all my life for doing the right thing. I am not a coward. I am not ignorant. I will not give up. If this is the price I pay for doing the right thing then so be it! Shame on those who know our issues yet they just complain and doing nothing! I will be blunt now if that will be the way of opening your senses I will not say excuse me or be sorry about being me. I have personal issues too. I am a mother of three kids, unemployed, fighter of our rights, your appointed secretary and a mere human being. Now tell me, are you not worth fighting for?
