Jon First change your mindset about business. Next don’t bother thinking what is uncontrollable instead identify what are under you control like taste of your product, marketing strategy, business ethics, business acumen, scaling etc.. be adaptable to change and always remember know your competition.

Katherine Gnun tlga. Business is business. Sakin kakilala ko pa. Alam pa tinda ko. Kinuha pa pati supplier ko dati.. I wouldnt mind if sa iba nalang cya kumuha. Pero pati supplier ko. Di man lang ngeffort. Yun din ginamit. Starting palang ako nun so di ko inaasahan na kakilala ko pa gagawa ng gnun. Pero life goes on. Don mo malalaman na di lahat, masaya kapag may naachieve ka. ? We grow. We persevere. We move on.
Nichole – Plan out you marketing ads in advance. Plan what you are going to release day to day na mga ads, promos kung kelan mo ilalabas. Then slowly engage it sa mga customers mo, kapag nakikita nila that you always offed good deals mas mahahatak mo sila, invest ka sa facebook marketing ads para dayuhin ka din ng tao. Add finger foods. Also be consistent sa lasa, kapag masarap at hindi watered-down ang milk tea babik balika tlga ang shop mo. On my experience makalayo kami ng competitor ko end to end ng village pero once maglalabas ako ng feature at promo lalaban din sila.
It is nice and healthy to be competitive at times. It just goes to show kung gaano lakas ang milk tea mo when stablished MT owners/franchise eh nakikipag butting heads sayo.
